GACS Ltd provides software consultancy specialising in project and programme management.

All of our consultants are experienced IT professionals that have been in the industry for at least 20 years and have successfully filled senior IT positions. They are familiar with the development and implementation of systems using new technologies and their project work has involved full life-cycle developments within the framework of formal methodologies such as PRINCE2, DSDM, SSADM and RUP.

Our consultants have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, are accustomed to setting and achieving project milestones and managing resources, budgets, requirements, changes, issues and risks against an agreed and communicated plan.
